I was born and raised in sweet Georgia. With a passion for children with exceptionalities, I became a special needs teacher. I soon realized that life is too short to limit myself to only one passion. Aside from working with my students, I found an immense love for planning weddings! I never realized that being an educator and being a wedding planner were so similar until I became immersed in both cultures. I am lucky enough to not only help children be happy, but I can now do the same with my bridal clients! Receiving my Wedding and Event Planning Certification from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, I am thrilled to bring light to your special day through Plique à Jour Weddings! With the hospitality and sass of a Georgia girl, I cannot wait to work with you!
